-Blogs usually allow for people to place comments and to rate other peoples blogs.

-Microblogs are blogs that have much smaller contents. A microblog entry usually consists of no more than a short sentence fragment, an image, or a video
-It is mainly used to give small and quick updates to friends and followers
-An example of this would be Twitter.com
-Real simple Syndication (RSS) is standardised form of web feeds used to publish frequent updates of work
-An example of RSS is blog entries, news headlines, audio and video
