- The management task that links business to the customer by idenitifying and meeting the needs of the customer profibility. It does this by getting the right product at the right place at the right price at the right time
- The place where buyers and sellers meet to exchange - e.g. shopping centers, fruit and vege market and the internet
- Also refers to groups of consumers that this is interested in a product can legally purchased is and has the resources to produce
- Consumer market = a market for goods and services bought buh the final user
- Industrial market - Selling Goods and servives the B2B market
